Responsibilities - Implements strategic sourcing plans including industry research, competitive intelligence, cold calling/networking and social and email campaigns to build a robust and diverse pipeline.
- Sources and identifies qualified candidates through primary (phone) and secondary (Text, Email) mediums as well as research (internet, job boards, conference lists).
- Manages and post positions on job sites.
- Monitors application flow via applicant tracking system.
- Delivers a world class candidate experience through representing Synertex's Value Proposition in all touchpoints and correspondence.
- Screening & Candidate Management.
- Prescreens resumes to select candidates for consideration.
- Completes Pre-screens of candidates using intake information and ensures candidates know details of the job (i.e. shift, salary) to eliminate potential inefficiencies in the process.
- Assess qualifications and fit in alignment with role requirements.
Mandatory Qualifications - Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be a current active duty US Military Service Member.
- Have 180 days of service or fewer remaining on active duty prior to your date of discharge and you have at least 180 continuous days of active service.
- Obtain approval from your unit commander, and agree that participation in Skill-Bridge can be terminated at any time by the Service if mission requirements dictate.
- Must live in one of the following states: VA, MD, TX, NC, TN, WA, OK, KY, FL.
- Recruiting: Minimum 3 years.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Community and associated clearance levels.
- Knowledge of Information Technologies.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
