Department: Kona Mill Job Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: General Manager/Asst GM Job Type: Non Union Amount of Travel Required: None Work Schedule: Mon. – Sun. Positions Supervised: None POSITION SUMMARY During the coffee season, the position will be responsible for all wetmill and general laborer duties. This includes equipment maintenance and safe use of said equipment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEssential Functions Statement(s)
  • Regular attendance is required for the position
  • Involves heavy lifting – up to and over 100 lbs.
  • Maintain work area in a neat, orderly and safe manner
  • Complete or aid in general repairs/upgrades
  • Understanding of power tools and safety
  • Complete all required paperwork
  • Correctly and promptly follow specified company procedures required for the appropriate handling of all Emergency Responses and Safety practices
