In this role, you will contribute to the planning and operational processes of the department. You will develop innovative ways to enhance productivity while ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance and operations management to optimize both productivity and employee satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing coverage.
  • Analyze labor demand and supply trends to anticipate workforce needs.
  • Optimize resource allocation by identifying and leveraging employees' skills and productivity.
  • Monitor and track labor time to assess and enhance employee productivity.
  • Create and deliver detailed reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support ongoing performance evaluations and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Workforce Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in workforce management, labor forecasting, or performance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to getting tasks done.
  • Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaboration and team success.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct and coordinate operations effectively.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analysis tools is a plus.
  • Must live in the Sioux Falls metro area
  • Must have reliable transportation
