How you will make an impact

  • Oversee the work of the crew, actively participating in daily tasks and operations.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Interpret and adhere to drawings, specifications, and instructions to effectively layout and execute project tasks.
  • Operate machinery, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, to facilitate the movement and installation of equipment.
  • Oversee and ensure all safety protocols and requirements are met and maintained.
  • Attend all required customer meetings, representing the team and addressing any project-related concerns.
  • Ensure job sites are cleaned and organized following the completion of tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project and team objectives.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Trade school and/or 3+ years Millwright experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Experience with Procore Project Management Software (preferred)
  • OSHA 30, preferred
  • Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
  • Possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check
