**Job Title: Millwright Foreman, Pay: $32/hr. - $48/hr.**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Foreman to lead a crew of 5 workers, ensuring that projects stay on schedule and quality standards are met. The Foreman will communicate with the owner onsite as needed, read blueprints, and assemble conveyors/equipment. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in stick welding and pneumatics.

**Job Type**
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).
**Work Environment**
1-hour radius around OH. 10% overnight work requiring hotel stays. 50% outside/50% inside, but could be up to 70% outside depending on workload.
