The minimum starting pay is $25/hour + bonus opportunities; however, pay is negotiable based on experience. The hourly wage will vary based on position and shift.

This role is a full-time permanent position working Monday-Friday.
What you will do as a Millwright:
* Working with a high-performance team dedicated to maintaining all mill machinery including pumps, conveyors, compressors, mechanical systems, rollers & chains, bearings, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems involved in the manufacturing process.
* Keeping our systems running smoothly by performing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance. This includes inspecting machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.
