We are seeking Millwright Journeyman to join our Thilmany Team in Kaukauna!

* Starting Pay - $38.67 per hour

* $3.50 per hour shift premium for weekend work if on shifts (based on seniority) or taking a call-in

* Years of work experience used to determine vacation eligibility

Minimum Occupational Requirements:

* Journeyman Millwright card, required

* Ability to work varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays once required training and certification is complete. Shiftwork is based on volunteers and seniority.

* Outage work and down-day maintenance will be required

* Overtime may be scheduled in advance or could occur based on daily job tasks

* Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer; must be 18 years of age or older; and have the ability to successfully pass a post-offer background check, drug screen and physical assessment.

The Essential Functions and Primary Responsibilities for this role includes:

* Assist with installing, maintaining, upgrading, and fabricating machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings

* Replace spherical and tapered roller bearings, power transmission belts, roller chains, couplings, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, electric motors, gearboxes, and centrifugal pumps.

* Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, pumping, and steam systems, overhead hoists, and cranes

* Perform routine tasks such as: lubrication of machinery, bearing and seal replacements, roll changes, and cleaning of parts during overhauls and preventative maintenance routes

* Highly motivated and a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment

* Must follow Ahlstrom's manufacturing and hygiene processes, procedures and policies, as applicable to the position's areas of responsibility, in order to meet and maintain the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements for each grade of paper.

Physical Occupational Requirements:

* Perform arduous work, defined as lifting 100 lb. maximum with assistance

* Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 lbs

* Perform work while wearing a supplied air respirator (dependent on department)

* Work at heights and near rapidly moving machinery

* Operate lift-truck and hoists

* Work in a hot and humid environment
