Our client, in Vacaville is seeking a Millwright Maintenance Technician. As a Millwright Maintenance Technician, you responsible for mechanical maintenance services; maintains, inspects, and repairs equipment to ensure safety and ongoing operation. The ideal candidate will have mechanical maintenance skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Responsibilities:Facility - Maintenance of building and attached equipment such as exhaust fans, evaporative coolers, plumbing, lighting, compressed air, and chilled water distribution. Supervise equipment or facility maintenance or repair by a third-party contractor.Production machinery - Preventive maintenance and repair of; Bore finish, Blanchard and centerless grinders, sintering furnaces, curing ovens, injection mold machines, compressors and related water pumps, electrical feeds, and filtration. Supervise equipment / machinery repair by a third-party contractor.
What's Needed?
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to determine how to disassemble and reassemble complexMechanical equipment including pumps, seals, gear and belt-driven wheels and shafts, air-driven motors, turn tables, water filtration systems, etc.Solid understanding of and experience with electrical systems including safe handling procedures and including 3-phase power systems.Ability to read basic electrical schematics.Five years minimum experience repairing mechanical and electrical machinery on the job and ability to communicate in writing and orally.
