Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Minister of Music at Peace Lutheran Church, LCMS in Decatur, GA. The Minister of Music will be responsible for overseeing the music ministry, leading musical performances, coordinating rehearsals, and collaborating with the church community to enhance worship services through music.

Qualifications

• Proficient in music theory, vocal and instrumental arrangements
• Experience in conducting choirs and musicians
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
• Knowledge of church music traditions and religious ceremonies
• Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
