Reports to: TBAFull Time: Sunday-Thursday (40 hours a week minimum)Position Objectives: This position assists in managing and overseeing ministry and office operations, primarily assisting Executive Assistants and the Groups Director. This role requires someone who is passionate about the ministry of the church, administratively gifted and has experience in proactively completing projects.Qualifications and Skills:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of Groups Ministry
- Work through Small Group workflows (weekly)
- Coordinate and organize Planning Center Groups (database)
- Manage and communicate Small Group calendars and semesters
- Assist in coordinating Small Group Leaders' training
- Assist in the coordination of Church-Wide Events
- All hands on deck events
- Coordinating setups/teardowns
- Ordering supplies
- Booking events (eSpace)
- Coordinating day of event
- Assist with Starting Point
- Respond to Starting Point workflows
- Input Starting Point cards weekly
- Ensure the Starting Point Room is setup weekly
- Assist Pastors and Directors for weekly Worship Services (Currently 3)
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters pertaining to the church and church records
- Demonstrate stewardship of church resources, including supplies, equipment, communion, intellectual property, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
