Job Title: Ministry Team Member Department: Operations Reports to: Operations AssistantThe mission of Sandy Cove Ministries is to help people connect with God and each other in order to be transformed into the image of Christ, through His Word, His creation and community.Position Summary: Assist in the day to day operations of the Sandy Cove Ministries by helping guests enjoy facilities by performing job roles required in various departments where needed and as needed and maintain job responsibilities in each department of Sandy Cove to which assigned (kitchen, housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, etc.) and must be able to function in a healthy manner within the community if living on site and among others.Essential skills and experiencePersonal relationship with Jesus Christ Role Qualifications:Outgoing, adaptable and flexibleAbility to follow instructionsExcellent communication, judgment and decision-making abilities Ability to swimPosition Responsibilities:Greet and serve each person in a courteous and professional mannerAbility to perform manual tasks requiring physical strength and enduranceAbility to follow simple oral and written instructions with time management skillsRespond as trained and instructed as necessary with ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, fellow workersFollow leadership and directionBe aware of and adhere to all safety guidelines and practicesPerform all related necessary duties as assigned Reporting to this position: None.Non Essential Skills & Experience:Good attitude and willingness to learnDesire to be intentional in pursuing JesusPhysical demands of work environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of the job.
