Diploma or Equivalent Required•Associate's Degree Preferred•1 Year related experience Required•BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required•Proactive problem solving; good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills; time managementWhat You Will Do:•Act as central dispatcher for Mission Control department.•Monitors systems: RTLS, Security Cameras, HUGS, Fire panel, generator annunciator, medical gas, and other systems associated with patient and materials movement•Transports patients by the appropriate method to and from all patient care areas. Uses lift equipment when patient meets required guidelines. Provides patient concierge services. Mentor Mission Control Level I employees as requested. •Deliver patient care equipment, supplies, mail, patient concierge services and other supporting items throughout the hospital.
