ALTA IT has a Direct Hire position open for an Agile Coach.Top SecretOnsite - Chantilly, VAMust Have Active Top Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain SCI post hireThe Mission Owner/Agile Coach will work with our customers, other contractor Product Owners, internal teams and agile teams to support the mission The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate will be accountable for prioritizing, planning, organizing, training, assessing, and managing resources to ensure that projects are executed within scope and time constraints. While part of a team environment, the Mission Owner will also work individually and may assist other team members on moderately complex projects, tasks, or assignments.This position will manage multiple systems end to end. This starts with configuration documentation through validation of execution of different efforts from a separate systems team. A successful candidate will have experience with Agile methodologies and the various tools necessary to run agile teams, as well as the ability to participate in release planning events, daily scrums, and other technical discussions as needed. The effort will harness GOTS, COTS and Custom technologies to deliver advanced production and dissemination capabilities using desktop, web and cloud technologies.ResponsibilitiesDrive product delivery through keen understanding of the customer, mission, and product requirementsValidate end to end mission upgrades and execution effortsDevelop the team roadmap and support the team as needed to deliver on commitmentsPlan and prioritize epics, features, stories, and bugsProven ability to write technical tasks with business value for the customerHelp define, document, and track the completion of Epics, Stories, Tasks, and BugsCommunicate with other Product owners and scrum masters, program leadership, customers, and development teamsSupport agile meetings such as daily scrum, retrospectives, and program increment planningRequired Skills:Clearance: Top Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain SCI post hireExcellent customer facing skills.Excellent researching, decision-making and organizational skills are required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Internal and external customer interfacing skills.Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skillsDefines and manages the team roadmapDevelops and proposes new ideas regarding technical solutions and processesProactive self-starter demonstrating a positive, willing attitude and excellent oral and written communication skillsAgile Development knowledge and experienceStrong analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detailCapacity to work well in groups and the ability to lead a teamCommunicates regularly with key internal and external stakeholders often regarding critical/high priority issuesStrong briefing skills and experience presenting to senior customer managementRequires BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience; OR 4 years of experience in lieu of degreeMust possess an active Top Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain SCI post hirePreferred Skills:Process ImprovementPMP CertificationSAFe Agile Certification2+ years' experience as a Scrum MasterCertified Product OwnerCertified Scrum MasterUnderstanding of AWS/Cloud technologiesProven experience managing multiple baselines across multiple environmentsExperience with collaboration tools including Jira/Confluence and RocketchatExperience with ArcGIS or geospatial technologiesExperience with DevSecOps best practices and technology including Gitlab CI/CDExperience with infrastructure automation tools such as Cloud Formation, Chef, AnsibleSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
