Responsible for answering/routing all incoming calls, greeting visitors, and referring toappropriate staff or department. Ensures employee, visitor and facility situations are appropriately and promptly addressed. Manages the administrative support process for all activities directed by the Vice President of Mission Services.Uphold a positive work environment that follows Goodwill's Amazing Customer Experience (ACE) culture, Values, and Mission in everything you do and every interaction you have with co-workers, clients, customers and management.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Answer phones in a timely manner. Route calls to appropriate personnel. Screen calls and greet visitors/guests, ascertain business, direct to proper location/personnel; handle visitors/guests with diplomacy and tact; be professional at all times; maintain visitor sign-in log. This duty is performed daily, about 60% of the time.2. Coordinates scheduling for back-up switchboard relief; advises supervisor concerning scheduling conflicts and assistance required. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.3. Coordinate and maintain Mission Services & Reentry Calendars for the organization. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.4. Assist all visitors with questions and provide accurate information as to what Goodwill services are available to them and make referrals for further internal assistance. This duty is performed weekly, about 25% of the time.5. Be an ambassador for all of Goodwill Industries of Arkansas' programs and opportunities available for job seekers, community members, and other key stakeholders. This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time.6. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to ensure a favorable relationship with customers, clients, co-workers, and management. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.7. Prepare documents (Word & Excel) at the direction of Mission Leadership. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.8. Assist with special events (planning, set-up, and clean-up) as directed by Mission Leadership. This duty is performed weekly, about 10% of the time.9.
