- Minimum of 2 years' experience, 5+ preferred
- Experience managing mitigation projects (residential/commercial)
- Ability to follow direction
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug test and background screening
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with or ability to learn mitigation documentation
When you will work
- Work Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 PM
- OT as needed
Essential Functions
- Direct a crew to perform job duties inline this industry standards
- Responsible for documentation on a jobsite
- Responsible for Quality Control on a jobsite
- Responsible for safety on a jobsite
- Responsible for communication during the mitigation process with the customer/ project manager/mitigation supervisor.
- Complete assigned restoration work at the highest standards of quality
- Complete all assignments in a timely manner
- Participate and respond as scheduled to the company's 24/7 on-call coverage to respond to any/all emergency work and respond if available when needed for larger emergencies.
- Operate company vehicle
- Follow safety standards
- Other duties as assigned
