Job Description:
Start your new career as a Mixer with our client in Liberty, SC. As a Mixer, you will lead and assist with changeovers, ensure accurate batch entries in Plex, operate HMI/PLC systems for mixing processes, monitor product quality, and maintain a clean and efficient production line while adhering to safety and procedural standards. This is a direct-hire opportunity. MAU Anderson (2923 N. Main St., Suite B, Anderson, SC 29621) offers walk-in hours Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. What We Offer:

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
  • Knowledgeable in SQF, GMP, SOP, HACCP, and food process sanitation requirements
  • Ability to lift between 50-70 lbs
  • Ability to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends as required
What You'll Do as a Mixer:
  • Responsible for building and leading a well-trained team focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and company success
  • Assist with changeovers, including moving materials and equipment as required
  • Ensure all batches are entered into Plex once mixing is complete and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Operate HMI/PLC systems for batching and mixing processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and specifications
  • Monitor product quality by checking viscosity, batter deposit weights, temperature, and other required parameters
  • Ensure the griddle and oven produce quality products
  • Lift, dump, and mix ingredients, adhering to proper safety and procedural standards
  • Rework product as necessary and reduce waste, notifying the production lead of any issues
  • Perform continuous cleanup of the line throughout the shift
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the mixing operation
