The MLS Listing Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the MLS and quick move in home listings.Develop and execute the appropriate strategy for listing quick move-in (QMI) homes on khov.com and MLS.Create and maintain all MLS Listings.This includes updating status and assets, along with ensuring all listings are well written, accurate and complete with photos.Assist division Marketing Managers in maintaining proper communication with divisions regarding all quick move in listings.Order and maintain all quick move in home photography for all listings.Assist division Marketing Managers with the production of flyers for quick move in homes.Pull data from MLS as necessary for various marketing campaigns including top real estate agents in the area, area rentals, etc.Approve invoices for payment. Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. K.
