MLT/MLS - Casual at Essentia Health summary: As a Casual Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) at Northern Pines Medical Center, you will perform and report a range of laboratorytests to assist in the diagnosis and management of diseases and injuries. This role requires participation in quality control and assurance, as well as effective problem-solving and customer service skills. The position entails working with patients of all ages in a dynamic environment with varying hours and responsibilities.
