As an mmWave RFIC Design Engineer, you will contribute to developing the next generation of THz sensors. You will oversee and guide the complete design process, from conceptualization to production.

Responsibilities
- Derive block-level specifications from system requirements
- Leading the design of transmit, receive, and IF signal chain
- Layout, modelling, and simulation of mm-wave RF blocks
- Attend and present at design reviews
- Test and measurement
- Work directly with systems engineering, test engineering, layout engineering to define and build the next generation of wireless sensors
Key Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in the design of RF and analog circuits in CMOS and SiGe technologies
- Experience designing PA, LNA, Mixers, VGAs, IF Amplifiers, transmission lines, transformers
- Expertise in on-chip electromagnetics, circuit-package co-design, passive components using tools like EMX, Momentum, RFPro
- Experience with circuit simulation using Cadence Virtuoso, ADS, GoldenGate
- Education: Masters or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
