Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Full-time Mobile Associate with prior 'front of house' experience needed to help provide support/coverage at Forrest Solutions locations around Washington, DC Market, including Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Baltimore MD. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ensuring all daily activities are executed according to Forrest Solutions Standard Operating Procedures Ensure to follow all Forrest Solutions policies, rules, and guidelines Responsible for providing customer service, consistent with our standards. Provide essential public relations functions such as greeting and assisting customers with their needs in a timely and courteous manner. . Maintain a clean, productive, and welcoming space. Provide quality reproduction of all materials submitted by the customer, including binding, hole punching, stapling and non-technical maintenance of copiers. Provide copy and imaging services as requested by the customer including electronic endorsement, PDF to Native, and Native to PDF or TIFF Perform quality control checks on all output such as images, files, and blowbacks. Provide quality reproduction of CD/DVD as requested by the customer and/or part of an imaging request. Project management of both onsite work and work sent to offsite locations. Complete job tickets with minimal instructions. Schedule individual jobs and determine which equipment should be used based on size and complexity. Troubleshoot jams and perform normal Key Operator preventative maintenance on equipment. Monitor usage of materials and supplies and order as necessary to maintain effective levels. Maintain records and logs of equipment usage and recommended technical direction. Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude at all times Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in high volume, production environment Know, understand and adhere to business procedure guidelines at all times Assist other departments such as the Mail Center, Reception, Hospitality, and Records whenever necessary Assist in any other reasonable requests for assistance JOB REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred Prior Copy/Imaging experience required Experience with various hardware platforms including PCs, servers, scanners, printers, and MFDs. Ability to understand client inquiries and provide effective responses. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Able to effectively communicate in a written and oral manner Experience in using Microsoft Office products and applications Understands the importance of delivering added value to clients Team player who can keep a positive attitude and motivate peers Ability to build relationships within a team Experience working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing Can manage changes and keep track of all required deliverables Excellent attention to detail and ability to think/work quickly under pressure Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up effectively. Ability to multi-task and process information expeditiously Must be able to lift 50 lbs Ability to work well under pressure Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze, strategize, and resolve, problems, exercise good judgment Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of any client information.
