WPX Office Services Associate - Mail and Print ServicesLocation: Boston, MA (will be supporting 5- 6 of our law firm/ hedge fund/ financial services client sites in the Downtown Boston/ Seaport Area) Pay- Rate: $21.00/hr Shift: 8 hour shift between 7:00am - 7:00pm; Monday - Friday; 35 hours per week Company Overview: We're seeking a dedicated professional to support our mail and print production services. With a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, our team ensures that every mail item and print request is handled with precision and care. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mail services including receiving, sorting, delivering, and tracking packages.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and digitize mail as needed.
- Assist clients with inquiries and requests via email, telephone, and in person.
- Participate in print production tasks including operating Canon Color copiers and managing online print submission software.
- Assist with setting up conference rooms
- Act as back up for reception
- Assist with setting up catering
- Handle mail merge jobs, GBC binding, and troubleshooting machine issues.
- Provide proofs for client approval and maintain communication throughout the printing process
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with package tracking tools such as PS Track.
- Hospitality-driven with a client-first mentality.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Associate degree preferred.
Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, write routine reports, and respond effectively to inquiries and complaints.
