*FALL RIVER, MA- *Child & Family Services is looking to onboard a full-time Mobile Crisis Clinician to join our Crisis Department in Fall River, MA! If you enjoy solution focused treatment, a fast-paced work environment, and a collaborative team approach- this is the opportunity for you!*Available Part-Time Schedules:** 2nd SHIFT SUN-TUES (24-30 hours)*Differentials:*SATURDAY-SUNDAY 1ST SHIFT + $2.50/HOURMONDAY-FRIDAY 2ND SHIFT + $1.50/HOURSATURDAY & SUNDAY 2ND SHIFT + $4.00/HOURSUNDAY-THURSDAY 3RD SHIFT + $5.00/HOURFRIDAY & SATURDAY 3RD SHIFT +7.50/HOUR*Qualifications:** A completed Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or other clinical licensure eligible degree program is required* Must be license eligible for an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or LADC* Must have a minimum of one year experience (intern or professional) working with children, adults and/or families within a clinical role* Knowledge of and experience with utilizing services and the Wraparound process preferred*Responsibilities:*_*The following responsibilities are not meant to be all inclusive and may be adjusted to meet the agency's needs.*_* Provide short term service that is mobile, on site, face to face therapeutic response to an individual experiencing a behavioral health crisis for the purpose of identifying, assessing, treating, and stabilizing the situation and reducing immediate risk of danger to the individual's or others consistent with the individuals risk management safety plan* Provide brief solution focused interventions and reassess current level of need with the adult waiting for higher level of care treatment* Post crisis evaluation and intervention throughout the follow up period when applicable* Work collaboratively with supportive and peer staff to provide resources/referrals, support, and psychoeducation to families* Attend community-based meetings in conjunction with the adult, their families, and providers to assist with advocacy and addressing safety concerns* Complete collateral contacts with the adult's providers* Engage the client in safety planning* Able to provide clinical care and support to adult and their families to prevent hospitalization and stabilize adult in the community* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends* Provide triage through the call center* Complete intake data form by telephone or in person either on site or at outreach locations* Confirm health care coverage* Conduct comprehensive mental health status exam for adult and utilizing an admissions/screening instrument which includes providing a diagnosis in accordance with the DSM IV and DSMV* Telephone screening and consultations* Understanding of different treatment modalities that can be applied to stabilize clients in their home and prevent hospitalization* Consult with program director/administrator on call and or consulting psychiatrist prior to disposition plan to include outpatient services, hospitalization, or hospital diversion* Participate in regularly scheduled clinical supervision, staff meetings, staff development, and training curriculum*Cultural Competency Qualifications** Awareness of personal attitudes, beliefs, biases, and assumptions about others* Knowledge of the various dimensions of diversity, including gender, race, and ethnicity* Acknowledging that people from other cultural groups may not share the same beliefs and practices or perceive experiences in the same way* Cultural knowledge of key populations that will be served to address disparities in service delivery* Demonstrates positive attitudes towards cultural differences by showing respect and openness towards people whose social and cultural background is different from one's own* Demonstrates skills for communication and interaction across cultures, including the ability to recognize and manage personal behaviors, moods, and impulses to create an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming climate within the agency*Benefit Details:** Benefit eligible at 20+ hours* Medical - Harvard Pilgrim/Health Plans - 75% employer paid for full-time employees- *cost has not increased in 3 years!** Dental - Delta Dental* Vision - Eye Med* 12 sick days per year (accrued monthly); 2 personal days per year* 10 paid holidays* 401K - CFS matches first 1% at 100%; 2%-6% of annual earnings are matched at 50%* Tuition reimbursement - Up to $1,500 per calendar year* *FREE* Clinical Supervision towards licensure & Professional Licensure reimbursement (LICSW, LMHC)* *FREE* CEU's and Trainings- up to 1,000 trainings available!* Flexible spending accounts - save on medical expenses and dependent care!* 100% Employer paid Life Insurance* 100% Employer paid Long Term Disability and AD&D* Mileage Reimbursement of .62 cents/mile & Employee Discount Program* *FREE* Employee Assistance Program and AbilitiCBT Mental Health program for employees & their family*Child and Family Services, Inc. values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages applicants from the BIPOC, LGBTQ+, AAPI, Hispanic, Latinx and Veteran communities to apply for employment.
