Whether we are collecting items at our store donation sites or at home pickups, we combine our passion for donors and community service in all that we do.Roles and ResponsibilitiesInteract with donors to accept and process donations at trailer sites in an outdoor setting.Help to sustain and maintain donation trailer site and donation boxes for donation collections.Maintain clean and orderly donation sites based on company operational standards.Work safely and efficiently in unloading.Possess the ability to regularly work in hot, cold and wet weather conditions.Provide outstanding customer service to all donors and customers.Communicate an awareness of our mission and goals to our donors and customers.Maintain relationships with donors and the general public.Other duties may be assigned by management.Skills and QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older.Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for donors and customers.Strong verbal communication skills to clearly convey the organization's mission and goals to donors and customers.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items, in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet).Strong organizational skills to maintain clean and orderly donation sites, adhering to company operational standards.Knowledge and practice of safety protocols to ensure safe handling of donations, loading/unloading of trailers, and maintenance of donation sites.Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with donors and the general public.Quick and effective problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise at donation sites.Ability to lift and move items regularly and work on your feet for extended periods.Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including hot, cold, and wet environments.Demonstrated ability to simultaneously handle multiple activities at one time.Applicants are required to pass a background screening.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
