Job Description:

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Mobile Enterprise Platform Team Lead to join our team in Falls Church, VA; San Antonio, TX; Aurora, CO; and Tacoma, WA.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, project sponsors, and team members. Should be able to articulate program objectives, progress, and risks in a clear and concise manner.Perform as the technical expert with thorough understanding of the business application of an assigned project.Perform as a project lead with the responsibility for the instruction, assigning, direction, and monitoring of the performance of assigned Mobile developers working on a specific project.Assist in the scheduling and coordinating of projects, including in the design phase of a project.Work with customers and technical staff in the resolution of software problems and respond to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.Participate in the development of software user manuals.Basic Qualifications:7+ years of related experience.Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalentStrong background in software development, web technologies, and database design, with several years of experience in the field.Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or PHP, and have experience with web development frameworks such as Spring, Django, ASP.NET, or Laravel.Able to write clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.Experience with database design principles, such as normalization, indexing, and data modeling.Proficient in SQL and have experience with database management systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.Familiar with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.Able to create responsive and interactive user interfaces that provide an engaging user experience.Knowledge of web security principles, such as cross-site scripting (XSS), cross-site request forgery (CSRF), and SQL injection.Able to design and develop web applications that are secure and protect user data from unauthorized access.Familiar with web services and APIs, such as RESTful APIs or SOAP.Able to consume and integrate with external APIs to extend the functionality of their applications.Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Experience with agile development methodologies and be able to lead project planning, estimation, and tracking efforts.Preferred Qualifications:DoD Healthcare IT experience preferredClearance Requirements:Public TrustPhysical Requirements:Recruiting will supply this information based on the information provided.
