We're looking for a dynamic, adaptable professional to join our team as a Mobile Office Services Associate, supporting 3-5 in a corporate office setting in the Downtown Boston/Seaport Area, You'll play a key role in delivering top-notch hospitality, mail services, print production, and light facilities support while ensuring a seamless experience across our law firm and corporate client sites. Each day will be different, so this role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and client interaction.

• Mobile Office Services Associate
• Location: Downtown Boston/Seaport Area
• Pay: $21.00/hr
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 35 hours/week, shifts between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

What You'll Do:

• Mail & Package Handling: Sort, deliver, and track mail and packages.
• Print & Reprographics: Assist with print production tasks, from simple documents to detailed litigation pieces.
• Facilities Support: Handle light setup and cleanup for meetings, move furniture, and provide backup reception.
• Hospitality & Teamwork: Set up and break down meeting spaces and work both independently and with teams.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree a plus
