What you will be doing:

You will be the product leader responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing PMI's mobile app products on iOS and Android platforms. The Mobile Product Manager will be responsible to evolve PMI's mobile app by integrating all its products like certifications, PDUs, learning resources, PMI Infinity etc. and building a seamless user experience for all PMI members and non-members.

What you will bring to the role:

Technical Understanding: In depth knowledge of mobile app development technologies, platforms, and frameworks especially React Native* User Empathy: Ability to understand user needs and perspectives. * Data Analysis: Interpreting user data and analytics to inform product decisions. And ability to use multiple data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics etc.* Communication Skills: Clearly communicating product vision and requirements to cross-functional teams. * Strategic Thinking: Developing a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business goals. * Project Management: Effectively managing project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

Educational and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Marketing or any other related field* Five years of relevant experience required* Certifications in iOS Swift, Android Kotlin, React Native etc. is a plus* PMP or any other PMI certifications is a plus* Must have experience working in a core technology company developing software products especially on iOS and Android tech stack* Must have worked in a fast paced agile development based technology organization with a history of delivering high impactful products in a tight timeline* Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and build new features on mobile platforms* Must be a good relationship builder with external stakeholders for the App Store and Google Play Stores.* Must have experience build new processes and implementing them to cater to efficient mobile product development* Software startup experience is a bonus* Experience leading design sprints, vision workshops with cross functional teams is a must* Must have experience working on building product analytics dashboards working with the data science or data engineering teams* Must have experience working in a SaaS product development environment* Must have in depth knowledge about agile product development and rapid prototyping and rapid deployment methodologies
