Tesla is in search of a Mobile Service Roadside Router to optimize roadside response, reducing tows to Service for on-site resolutions and ensuring a seamless Tesla customer experience. We seek highly motivated individuals adept at managing customer interactions in fast-paced environments with precision and speed. As a key member of our Mobile Service Advisor team, you'll strategically position technicians and streamline workloads, acting as a crucial link between the Roadside Support Team and the Mobile Service Team. Ideal candidates bring experience in emergency dispatching or high-level customer service, thriving in a dynamic team environment. Your collaboration with our Customer Support Team, Roadside Assistance Team, and Mobile Service Teams will contribute to lasting customer loyalty and the fulfillment of Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. Responsibilities
- Oversee roadside response operations in an assigned geographic, multi-market area
- Manage customer expectations regarding response times and provided services
- Maintain high-level verbal and written communication with the Mobile Tire and Roadside Support Teams
- Employ creative and proactive approaches to resolve customer flat tire events and other roadside concerns, utilizing available resources
- Collaborate with the local Parts Team to understand inventory levels and locations
- Strategically stage and schedule the fleet to ensure efficient responses to both roadside requests and scheduled jobs throughout the day
- Accurately manage job information and requests in the Dispatch Operations System and CRM
Requirements - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in roadside or fleet dispatching, or in a service advisor role, valid driver's license required
- Demonstrated experience handling customers in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of adaptability and the ability to effectively prioritize and maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs
- Proficient in Dispatch Management Systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of basic automotive knowledge related to chassis, wheel, and tire repair/replacement
- Willingness to learn new automotive technologies, cross-collaborate with neighboring markets, and maintain positive working relationships in a team-based environment
