- Manage the operational sales, production, and purchasing to grow the container operation significantly
- Develop new revenue and profit opportunities
- Identify customer challenges; develop and implement solutions to create opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers
- Aggressively pursue customers via networking, social media, customer referrals, etc
- Obtain and develop new accounts utilizing company techniques and methods
- Maintain and grow the expertise of Zoresco's service offerings
- Collaborate with customers, front-line management, and various Zoresco departments
- Negotiate service requirements and prices; establish packages
- Create service solutions for customer's unique needs, and initiate pricing
- Maintain accurate territory account information
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Other duties and projects as assigned

- 2-5 years of sales experience (preferred in rental and sales of standard and custom mobile containers)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to read and accurately follow instructions
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in rental and sales of standard and custom mobile storage units
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
