Job Type Part-timeDescriptionIn order to reach youth who are currently unable to access a Club, the Mobile Clubhouse Experience brings the Club and its services where they are needed most. The mission of the Mobile Clubhouse Experience is simple: Every kid eats. Every kid Learns. Every kid Thrives. The part-time Mobile Youth Specialist is responsible for mobile program implementation, youth program quality, administrative compliance and safety.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Mobile Program Implementation:Accountable for assigned programming and activitiesAccountable for providing age appropriate services and activities to youthAccountable for promoting and maintaining a culture of safety Accountable for creating a fun and engaging learning environmentAccountable for accurate and timely documentation and reportingYouth Program Quality:Accountable for fidelity of curriculumAccountable for quality programming and activitiesAccountable for implementing YPQ techniquesAdministrative Compliance:Complete all required reports and administrative duties on time.Collect and manage required data and internal and external reporting. Ensure accuracy of data and reporting. Ensure the effective completion of all assessment and measurement activities of programsComply with all administrative policies and procedures, processes and controlsAccountable for accurate and timely collection and review of membership applicationAccountable for accurate and timely paperwork, reports, and data entryAccountable for utilizing all BGCGTC communication tools regularly RequirementsEducation and Work Experience Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferredExperience working with youth is preferredMinimum Qualifications:Ability to work during program hoursAbility to be a positive role modelAbility to establish rapport and build relationshipsAbility to relate to at-risk youthAbility to facilitate, teach, or instructAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsKnowledge of technology and software such as tablets, social media, cloud based tools, virtual meeting toolsMust be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certificationMust be able to pass any and all required background screens and drug screens at any timeMust have reliable transportation, liability insurance, satisfactory driving record and a valid driver's license for operation of a motor vehicle relevant to carrying out dutiesPreferred Qualifications:BilingualAbility to facilitate, teach or instructWork experience with or program knowledge of the Boys & Girls Club Movement (national and/or local Club) is an advantageSalary:Hourly pay: $14.00The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County is an equal opportunity employer.
