Mobility Administrator

Daily Job Responsibilities:
• Mobility Ticket management.
• SharePoint updates.
• Inventory management.
• Customer interactions via in person, phone, emails for standard and VIP users.
• UEM system access and utilization.
• IT departmental interactions with Help Desk, Server admins or departmental communications.
• Administration business.
• Wireless vendor communications via phone or emails.
• Device activations.
• Device management with factory restoration, OS updates and testing.
• Network testing with UEM and Enterprise systems.
• UEM Server management, such as log management and system checks.
• Soft-certification loading, installation and testing.
• Mobility troubleshooting, including troubleshooting the UEM, wireless network, exchange and device troubleshooting.
• Handle and generate Mobility reports, such as and not limited to weekly, monthly, semi-annual, annual or any type of requested report to support the mission.
Clearance: Secret
Certifications: Security+ce
Minimum Required Skills:
Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) administration experience; BlackBerry EU
Desired/Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Footprints ticket tracking system; ITIL v3 certification; working knowledge of Outlook; good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) skills; good SharePoint skills; good iPhone knowledge; good Android knowledge; good enterprise knowledge; familiar with MDM systems (Mobile Device Management); good knowledge of DoD contracting process (funding, sourcing, document generation(SOP, SOW, PWS, RFQ)); good knowledge of best practices for IT protocols; good interpersonal skills; good communication skills; good with inventory management; good customer service skills.
Certification Requirements: Security+ within 6 months on contract.
