Role - Mobility Support Engineer
Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Hand-on experience in managing iOS, Android/Windows mobile/tablet devices
- Good experience on VMware AirWatch/Workspace One administration and support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and O365 is desired.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Mobile devices configuration and application management through VMware AirWatch/WorkSpace/Intune/Apple DEP
- Platform administration of VMware Workspace One/Microsoft Intune
- Solve technical issues related to mobile devices enrollment, e-mail setup, application provisioning, remote wipe etc.
- Manage local Mobile device stock and resupply
- Mobility Policy/Process Question
- Mobile Device procurement and Activation
- Perform Employee and Contractor monthly off boarding/auditing as per mobility Termination process
- Mobile device account Lockout/Password reset
- Mobility Technical Support : Data Sync, WiFi, Coverage issues/queries, OS Update, VPN
