Job Description:
Greenway Plaza's Phoenix Tower in Houston's Upper Kirby neighborhood.The Model Home Administrative Assistant will provide key support to the Coordinator, Designers, Manager, and Director of Model Homes. This role will be integral in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling logistics, and contributing to department-wide projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Process paperwork and coordinate logistics for moving model home contents, including scheduling movers.Assist Model Home Designers with design templates, ordering furnishings and accessories, maintaining reports, and processing vendor invoices.* Support various department projects, including warehouse maintenance and special initiatives.Coordinate and schedule vendor appointments.* Assist Model Homes Coordinator with processing model close down and revision paperwork.* Manage and update the department's move calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling of moves and related activities.* Process and track invoices related to moves and department operations.Assist in planning and organizing department-wide events.* Perform other duties as assigned.Job Competencies* Organizational Skills* Initiative* Flexibility* Attention to Detail* Customer/Client FocusQualifications* High School Diploma or equivalent required.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Current valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.* Must be willing to travel to Warehouse location.* Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDR and Adobe Photoshop.* Experience in managing vendor relationships and logistics is preferred.* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.* Proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.* Note to job seekers: Your resume will be reviewed as the best qualified candidates will be contacted in the event that there is potential matchPerry Homes is an Equal Opportunity EmployerDisclaimer: Recruitment Fraud - Any communication regarding job opportunities from our organization will be initiated through official channels only, including our company email domain, @perryhomes.com and verified social media accounts.
