Modernization Superintendent
: Job Details :

In this role, you will lead and direct the performance of field operations for all maintenance and contractual service. Mod Super's have the focus to modify existing systems already installed in a customer's location by upgrading or changing components, versus purely Service or Repair. You will have responsibility for in-field education and training, route control and scheduling, and authorization of repair orders. Lastly, you will drive quality assurance and the customer, safety, technical support, and expenditure of labor materials and other assets.
