Assembles sheet metal parts using hand and power tools. Builds and wires electrical components. Works from written and verbal schedules. Reports damage to supervisor. Operates one or more units ofthe following type of production equipment: press brakes, spot welders, or other similar or relateddevices. Makes simple setups and/or minor adjustments to the equipment required to produce a varietyof products and to maintain processes per specifications. Perform assembly singly or in combination withother operations. Performs material handling operations as directed. Pulls from stock, assembles andpacks to complete orders. Responsible for quality of own work. Maintains accurate production records. Responsible for keeping work area clean, safe and orderly.
