This commission-based position requires the ability to develop new accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

* Leverage your network of established Modular Builder Clients to drive sales and hit the ground running.

* Follow up promptly on leads generated by the company website and other sources.

* Develop new accounts and actively engage with modular home builders in designated areas.

* Collaborate effectively with team members and interact with the public to promote the company's offerings.

* Maintain attention to detail and apply strong problem-solving skills in all aspects of the role.

* Utilize general computer skills to manage sales activities and client interactions.

* Gather information from potential customers and qualify them based on our criteria.

* Conduct and participate in virtual and in-person meetings.

* Secure feasibility study agreements with customers and arrange for collection of initial deposits.

* Maintain communications with sales coordinator/drafting staff to ensure Builders are progressing through the sales pipeline.

* Ensure accuracy of factory orders and ensure payments are collected.

* Maintain communication with the customer after project begins construction; be present on set day and collect feedback to share with the home team.

Qualifications

* Minimum of one year of experience in modular home sales or an equivalent construction-level background.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships.

* Strong work ethic.

* Committed to improvement.

* In-depth knowledge of home construction processes.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in general computer skills.
