We are currently hiring a talented and detail-oriented Mold / Model Maker to support our ever-expanding confectionery production efforts on site in Hicksville.
In this critical role you will use your technical skills to:
- Design and print chocolate molds via Formlabs SLA 3D printers
- Conceptualize and fabricate prototypes and trays for candy and chocolate production
- Create and cut aluminum depositing plates, and chocolate molds via CNC router
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar mold / model making role within the confectionery field or related manufacturing industry.
- Hands on experience using Type3 CAD /CAM software or the equivalent and must be able to operate the CNC Router and 3D printer
- Strong overall systems and computer acumen; Excel, ERP, machining, fabrication and design
- Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus.
