Mold Preparation Operator

As a Mold Preparation Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the internal shell of molds is free of any particles that may cause defects in the casting, as well as inspecting and repairing molds as necessary. Primary Responsibilities:

• Remove shell and recover hardware from the mold
• Inspect and repair molds
• Operate preheat kilns and casting furnace
• Clean area and equipment

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: Manufacturing Experience Desired
• Skills: Basic computer skills, forklift operation, good verbal communication, safety conscious

Working Environment: Shop Floor. Safety glasses and steel toe shoes required in all areas of the plant.
