Job Title: Mold Set Up TechnicianEnvironment: Manufacturing facilityDescription: We are seeking dedicated Mold Set Up Technicians to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will operate and maintain plastic mold machines that produce high-quality plastic components.Responsibilities:Operate and maintain plastic mold machines, ensuring optimal performanceWarm up machines, change out molds, and perform color changeoversClean molds and conduct quality checks on produced productsPerform minor maintenance and troubleshooting of machines, including hydraulic hosesCollaborate with the maintenance team for more in-depth repairs and technical issuesMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocolsDocument production activities and report any issues to managementPerform other duties as assignedShift:1st shift: 5:45 AM to 6:00 PM3rd shift: 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM2,2,3 day schedule with every other weekend requiredQualifications:Previous experience operating machinery in a plastics manufacturing environment is a plus, but not requiredMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn; technical or mechanical training is beneficialAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBenefits:Competitive pay: $16.01 for 1st shift and $17.51 for 3rd shiftOpportunities for advancement and skill developmentSupportive team atmosphere focused on continuous improvementHow to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to reach out directly or apply online to join our dedicated team and contribute to our manufacturing excellence.About Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
