Job Description

Ōnin Staffing is hiring for a position in the Mold Department with a pay rate of $25/hour.

Key qualifications include:

• CAD proficiency (preferably Inventor)
• CNC experience (Mastercam)
• Ability to read blueprints
• Proficiency with measurement tools (e.g., tape measures)
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Flexibility for potential evening and weekend shifts, including overtime

Work Experience

Required Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude and basic manufacturing knowledge
• Blueprint reading and following work instructions
• Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
• Physical stamina to lift heavy molds and stand for long periods
• Basic math skills for production calculations
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
