Hanson International, located in St. Joseph, Michigan, specializes in the design, build, sample, and inspection of precision molds - primarily for the die cast industry. Hanson International is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a mold technician position. Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tear down, clean and organize die cast dies.
- Operate Cranes and Lift Trucks to transfer dies and other equipment.
- Machining of die components in a CNC machine tool (Milltronics preferred).
- Fitting die components to cavity and holder blocks
- Die spotting and bluing.
- Load and unload materials, parts, or products onto or from pallets, skids, or trucks.
EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor.
- Ability to problem solve and multitask.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
- Active learning, good judgment, and time management skills.
- Ability to work as a team to achieve goals.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
