Job detailsJob Title: Molding Process TechShift: 2ndSchedule: Mon-Thur 3pm-11:30pmLocation: Lafayette, TNDuties:-Sampling runs according to molding schedule-Promote and maintain an atmosphere of cooperation among and between shifts, tool room, quality control, and management to facilitate production goals-Assist with the set-up and maintenance of auxiliary equipment, including granulators, conveyors, liquid temperature controls, and mold electrical controls-Train and assist machine operators-Make minor repairs to machines and equipment and notify proper personnel of necessary major repairs-Establish proper molding conditions-Eliminate production of defective parts and products-Performs other related duties as assignedKnowledge:-Ability to interpret and translate engineering designs and documentation-Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment-Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSkills:-Conduct tests and inspections of products-Troubleshoots throughout the molding process to ensure maximum machine utilization-Quality are achieved while providing feedback of root cause analysis-Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to follow through on all tasks-Work within a team environment and demonstrate professional behavior-Reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligationsResume not required9643387
