This Opening will be on a 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. shift (Rotating shifts work 2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off) JOB SUMMARYWorking under general supervision, applies repetitive ceramic slurry coating to finished patterns, and performs any post-dipping operations. Dewax duties performed as required. Rotates through all monoshell operations daily. Performs cleaning tasks of towers and support equipment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Using Computers (entering information, etc)
- Must be able to read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and Activity Instructions (AI).
- Must be able to function as a member of a team and be able to work under general supervision.
- Must be able to maintain expected quality levels.
- Comply with all site required policies and procedures including but not limited to: EHS, Quality, Code of Conduct and the Wichita Falls Employee employee handbook.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Selects patterns based on production schedules and capacity of line. 2. Checks for broken or poor-quality patterns. 3. Logs necessary information on lot travelers to monitor sequence of dips. 4. Performs the following basic processing steps, i.e., manually loads case on facecoat line, monitors robot to ensure mold is dipped/sanded in sequence, blows off excess sand after facecoats, monitors and applies code to hanger; monitors mold through cycle. 5. Examines mold throughout cycle to ensure adequacy of coating and sanding. 6. Performs required housekeeping tasks. 7. Fills stucco towers. 8. Performs other duties as required. 9. Complies with all EHS rules related to the work environment. 10. Works overtime when needed.Mold Prep 1. Unloads molds from automatic line at unload stations. 2. Removes rubber gaskets from cups after all dip cycles are completed. 3. Cleans imbedded stucco and sand from inside pour cups as required. 4. Weighs molds from each truck to ensure minimum weight requirements before transporting truck to vac dry. 5. Operates vacuum chambers and pin puller per Activity Instruction guidelines. 6. Posts all required data - control charts, trouble reports, mold weights, etc. 7. Performs required housekeeping tasks. 8. Performs other duties as required. 9. Operates freezers per Activity Instruction guidelines. 10. Complies with all EHS rules related to the work environment. Dewax Dewax 1. Performs dewax operation utilizing oven and/or steam dewax unit. 2. Ensures area is well maintained. 3. Logs necessary information to monitor input quantity and quality. 4. Discards used wax from area. 5. Monitors operation of equipment and temperature controls. 6. Complies with all EHS rules related to the work environment.ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITES
- Comply with all department, facility, corporate and regulatory EHS regulations
- Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Requires wearing safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, hard hats and Metatarsal shoes. Requires wearing flame retardant uniform.
- Report all job-related illness and injuries (Per Employee Handbook).
- Report all safety, health and environmental concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.
- Attend all EHS training.

QualificationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
