: Job Details :

Provide professional Montessori leadership in accordance with the mission of the school. Adhere to the Department of Early Education and Care regulations, policies, and requirements. Manage all school operations in collaboration with the administrative team. Collaborate with the Board in developing strategic plans and the annual operating budget.

Oversee all personnel decisions. Provide ongoing professional and curriculum development. Serve as Elementary Educational Director when required. Role model a commitment to Montessori philosophy and education.

Be visible and accessible for parent consultation. Lead and collaborate with the school community in strategic planning. Preserve the school's strong commitment to the expressive arts.
