Supervise and coordinate staff activities to deliver exceptional customer service.Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions.Provide training and guidance to team members on food preparation, safety, and customer service standards.Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness.Coordinate banquet events and ensure smooth execution.Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Requirements:
Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.Proficient in cash handling procedures.Knowledge of kitchen operations and food management.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in staff training and development is a plus.Job Types:
