Responsibilities:
- Chase down lead
- Get initial information about income, assets and credit with prospective clients
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business for our loan officers. Some warm and some cold. Learn what to say!
- Schedule appointments for loan officers to meet with prospective clients.
- Collect and review loan application documents from clients. Learn the lingo, documents and requirements.
- Aid clients in completing their loan application.
- Review loan disclosures with clients.
- Ensure all loan application documents are complete and accurate.
- Provide regular updates to clients and partners on the status of loan applications.
- Act as a partner to our clients throughout the loan process.
- Maintain a positive relationship with referral partners and clients.
Qualifications:
- Either an active NMLS MLO license OR MUST be able to pass the NMLS Exam on the first try to be considered and obtain a NMLS MLO License
- Interest in sales and a competitive drive
- 4 years of professional work experience OR Bachelor's Degree + 1 year of professional work experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Basic computer skills.
- Exhibit strong work ethic
- Organized with an attention to detail
- Demonstrate superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
