Expectations
- Mortgage Loan Originators Preference: Must close 2 or more loans per month; will be verified.
- Lead Generation: We prefer MLOs to self-generate business. We do offer lead provider programs.
- Industry-Leading Support: We offer the best support systems in the industry, including sponsored off-site training.
- Lender Options: Access to over 200 wholesale lenders, offering every loan program available in the U.S.
- Lending Locations: We are actively lending in Florida (FL), Pennsylvania (PA), Texas (TX), and West Virginia (WV).
- Competitive Pay: Earn 175 bps to 300+ bps on every closed loan; 100% comp plan available.
- Payroll: Payroll is processed Monday through Friday with a 72-hour turnaround time.
