Position Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and driven Mortgage Loan Officers to join our growing team. At Neat Lending, you'll have the opportunity to leverage our technology along with hands-on support from our senior leadership to minimize administrative function and support the referral source. What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other business partners.
• Assist clients throughout the mortgage application process, offering advice and guiding them to the best possible solution.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and best practices to ensure clients receive the most up-to-date information.
• Leverage our technology platform to streamline workflows and provide a seamless experience for clients.
• Collaborate with the leadership team and your peers to ensure exceptional service and smooth transactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a related role (preferred, but not required).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Desire to work with cutting-edge technology and modern tools.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
