As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will play a critical role in assisting clients in purchasing or refinancing a home or property. Responsibilities include generating mortgage loans, conducting property inspections, evaluating credit reports, advising clients on financing options, and ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan OfficerDemonstrated knowledge of mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing proceduresProven ability to generate new business and maintain strong client relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust have Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) State LicenseExperience with mortgage loan software, such as Encompass or Calyx, is a plusDemonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion #J-18808-Ljbffr
