The Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) proactively solicits new residential mortgage business and sells Landmark National Bank mortgage products to meet established loan quality and production goals. WHO YOU ARE High school diploma or equivalent. Previous mortgage lending or operations experience required. Advanced communication and customer service skills. Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. Strong analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Moderate level of understanding of basic personal computer programs and mortgage-banking softwares (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook). Must possess a NMLS number or be able to obtain one.
