Responsibilities of the Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer
- Originate Mortgage Loans through provided leads
- Loan Officer is responsible for taking the application and locking the loan. Will not be required to do any of the operations processes
Requirements of the Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer
- State NMLS license
- At least 2 years of recent Mortgage Origination experience
- Must have experience working with the majority of new purchase loans and minimal refi
- Creditworthy and ability to pass personal background checks and mandatory drug test
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
